The system that was previously used to download the Unanet software distribution for customers that host their own system has been moved to http://download.unanet.com/support/EmbeddedSupport. If you previously had a login to http://support.unanet.com, that account will still be active and accessible from the downloads site. The only files maintained on the downloads site are the software distribution files. Per Diem and M&IE breakdowns are available through a login to the ticket system at https://support.unanet.com.
To request a new login ID for downloading the Unanet software distribution, please go to http://download.unanet.com/support/EmbeddedSupport and click the link to request a login ID. The support group will process that request to provide access to the downloads. The username and password for download.unanet.com are not synchronized with support.unanet.com. If you would like to open tickets for your company, send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an ID in the ticket system.
