• Option 1: Create a project for each indirect project. Provide access for the budget owner to track spend vs. budget.
    • This option requires that the indirect accounts require a project for entry (see link below).
  • Option 2: Give the budget owner visibility via the role of "GL Viewer"
    • Requires financial organizations appropriately set up to support this, and ideally a GL budget for easy comparison.
    • Allows visibility into costs including pay information
