- Option 1: Create a project for each indirect project. Provide access for the budget owner to track spend vs. budget.
- This option requires that the indirect accounts require a project for entry (see link below).
- Option 2: Give the budget owner visibility via the role of "GL Viewer"
- Requires financial organizations appropriately set up to support this, and ideally a GL budget for easy comparison.
- Allows visibility into costs including pay information
