FAQ - Why is the billing greater than "Funded Value Less Fixed Fee"?
Modified on: Thu, 7 Jun, 2018 at 1:32 PM
The Funded Value for CP Billing type projects (Cost Plus) represents the total Funded Value for both the Cost and Fee amount. For purposes of the funding cap adjustment calculations, however, the Funded Value is reduced by the Fixed Fee amount for all Fees included in the project to determine the funding cap adjustments generated if the cumulative costs go over this net value. The fees are limited based on the fixed fee amounts and will generate fee cap adjustments if the calculated fee exceeds the Fixed Fee Amount for any individual Fee Calculation Method included in project. Note that the Fee Cap Adjustments will be generated regardless of whether either of the Funding Cap Adjustments checkboxes are checked.
