1. Ensure that the task level that people are charging to is the same level for which you have budgets.   For example, if people are charging to task level 1.1.1, you will want to ensure that you have budgets populated in task level 1.1.1.
  2. Have the Project Managers perform their Project Budget Snapshots consistently. Typically this should be done once per month, or more granularly if your projects are have a shorter period of performance.
