A quick video that gives an overview of why and how to enter historical labor costs on a project as an expense vs. a timesheet. This method is favorable in several instances:

  1. Person level detail isn't needed; the company is only concerned with total costs.
  2. The quality of the historical source data is not ideal or not easily transferable to Unanet import format.
  3. Historical cost rates are not present in the source data or in Unanet.
  4. Historical time was originally entered but could not be reconciled.
